About us

Chef Touche’ born in Southern Los Angeles California, to William and Mary Potts, raised by my auntie Dorthey, and family who were my inspiration for cooking. Auntie Dorthey and her sister Bobby were chefs in their own way. They used to cook dishes that taste excellent, look great, and the aroma was divine. I knew when i was a young kid cooking was what I wanted to do. My first cooking experience was working for Jim’s Deli, around the corner from my house. I used to be my friend Andy’s replacement when he was at football practice, or when was just unable to make it in.
